When you submit a project brief through our enquiry form, we collect:
- your name, company, email address and phone number
- details about your project, including sector, status, estimated budget range and description
You don't have to provide any information to browse this website. If you choose not to provide the required details in the enquiry form, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the website secure and running properly.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
- prepare quotes, proposals and related communication
- keep a record of our correspondence with you
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We only share your information where it's needed to respond to you or deliver your project, for example with consultants or subcontractors engaged on your project, or where the law requires it.
Our website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your information may be stored overseas by our service provider.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This website uses an encrypted (https) connection. We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
